永磁同步电机机壳串并联混合流道液冷分析

摘要
针对机壳串联流道水冷永磁同步电机散热冷却水压力损失过大的问题,提出一款新型机壳串并联混合流道,对某型号42 kW车用永磁同步电机冷却散热进行了计算,比较了机壳串并联混合流道与串联流道冷却电机最高温度与冷却水压力损失,分析了机壳串并联混合流道环形流道数量、槽深及冷却水流量对电机冷却散热影响.结果表明:电机以额定工况运行时,在相同对流换热面积及冷却液流量条件下,机壳串并联混合流道冷却水进出口压降比串联流道减小26 693 Pa,降低67%,而机壳串并联混合流道比串联流道冷却电机最高温度升高0.6℃,增大0.68%;机壳串并联混合流道环形流道数量增多或冷却水流量增大均能加快机壳串并联混合流道冷却永磁同步电机散热,但冷却水压力损失会有所增大;流道槽深增加可显著降低冷却水压力损失,但对电机最高温度变化影响较小.
Abstract
In view of the excessive pressure loss of cooling water with the permanent magnet synchronous motor cooled by water with series flow channel in the motor case,a novel type of series-parallel hybrid channel in the motor case is proposed.The heat dissipation of a 42 kW vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor was calculated.The maximum temperature and cooling water pressure loss were compared between the motor cooled by water with the series-parallel hybrid channel and the cooled by water with the series channel in the motor case.The influences of number of annular channels,groove depth of the series-parallel hybrid channel in the motor case and cooling water flow rate on the cooling and heat dissipation of the motor were analyzed.The results show that the cooling water pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet with the series-parallel hybrid flow channel is reduced by 26 693 Pa in comparison to that with the series flow channel in the motor case,which is 67% lower than that in the series flow channel.At the same time,the maximum temperature of the motor cooled with the series-parallel hybrid flow channel is 0.6℃higher than that with the series flow channel,which is 0.68% higher than that of the series flow channel cooling motor.And the increase in the number of annular channel or the increase in the cooling water flow rate can strengthen the heat dissipation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,but the cooling water pressure loss will increase.The increase of channel depth can significantly reduce the pressure loss of cooling water;however,it has little effect on the maximum temperature of the motor.
