基于霍普金森杆的水下爆炸壁压测量系统研究

采用霍普金森杆测量系统对气泡载荷进行测量.根据应力应变对应关系,对霍普金森杆测量原理进行表述,其为通过测量HPB上应变推算得到杆端部应力;对HPB测量系统组成进行说明,分析HPB材料、尺寸选取方法,给出应变测量信号与壁压信号间换算关系;采用高速摄影、压力传感器测量系统、霍普金森杆测量系统在实验室条件下对气泡载荷进行测量,分析比对测量结果.结果表明,高速摄影与HPB测量系统获取的气泡峰压时间、气泡脉动周期基本一致;无量纲爆距大于0.33 时,压力传感器和HPB测量结果获取的物面载荷数据基本相同;近距离实验时,HPB测量系统抗电磁干扰能力更强.通过实验比对分析,验证了霍普金森杆测量系统的有效性及准确性.
Research on underwater explosion wall pressure loading measuring system based on Hopkinson bar
The bubble load has been experimented by using Hopkinson bar measuring system.According to the stress-strain relationship,the principle of measurement of HPB is that the end-rang stress has been calculated by measuring the face strain.The constitute of the HPB measuring system has been introduced.The analyzing method of material and size of HPB have been provided.The calculated relationship of the strain signal and wall pressure signal has been given.Under laboratory condition,the bubble loads have been measured by using high-speed photography,pressure sensor measuring system and HPB measuring system.The experiment results have been compared.The results show that the time of bubble peak pressure and the period of bubble pulsation are essentially the same by high-speed photography and HPB measuring system.On the condition that explosion distance dimensionless is greater than 0.33,the bubble load experiment results that measured by pressure sensor measuring system basically coincide with the HPB measuring system.HPB measuring system has stronger anti-electromagnetic interference ability on the condition of closer range.Through experiment comparison and analyses,the availability and accuracy of HPB measuring system have been verified.
