泄压孔对聚能传爆管的影响

摘要
以炸药在点燃瞬间的压力均衡为前提条件,计算聚能传爆管点火后只产生燃烧反应的最小泄压孔面积,以此为基础,对含不同尺寸泄压结构的聚能传爆管在慢速烤燃和快速烤燃环境下的响应特性进行分析,在建立三维轴对称烤燃计算模型的基础上,采用 Fluent对不同大小泄压孔的慢速烤燃响应特性进行数值模拟.为研究含泄压孔聚能传爆管对起爆威力性能的影响,对3 种不同大小泄压孔的聚能传爆管进行了起爆实验.结果表明,该型聚能传爆管的泄压孔设计单孔直径7mm为最优,研究结果对水雷不敏感引信的结构设计有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
On the premise of the pressure equilibrium of the explosive at the moment of ignition,the minimum pressure relief hole area which only produces combustion reaction after ignition of the shaped energy transfer tube is calculated.On this basis,the response characteristics of the shaped energy transfer squib with different sizes of pressure relief structures in the slow and fast combustion environments are analyzed.On the basis of the three-dimensional axisymmetric combustion calculation model,Fluent is used to numerically simulate the slow combustion response characteristics of different sizes of pressure relief holes.In order to study the effect of shaped energy transfer squib with pressure relief hole on the detonation power performance,detonation experiments were carried out on three shaped energy transfer squibs with different sizes of pressure relief holes.Considering comprehensively,the design of the pressure relief hole of this type of shaped energy squib is 7 mm,and the research results have certain guiding significance for the structural design of mine-insensitive fuzes.
