高氯酸盐对Al/PTFE活性材料热反应行为的影响

为了研究高氯酸盐对Al/PTFE二元活性材料热反应行为的影响,选用高氯酸钾(KClO4)和高氯酸钠(NaClO4)作为填充材料,采用湿混法分别制备了KClO4/Al/PTFE和NaClO4/Al/PTFE三元活性材料样品.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了样品的微观形貌;采用同步热分析技术(TGA-DSC)、X射线衍射技术(XRD)以及自建的燃烧测试装置,对高氯酸盐/Al/PTFE三元活性材料体系的热性能和燃烧性能进行了研究.结果显示:高氯酸盐粉末和Al粉均匀分布在PTFE基底上.通过TG-DSC同步热分析实验发现高氯酸盐/Al/PTFE活性材料体系分解反应的开始温度均低于Al/PTFE活性材料.其中,KClO4/Al/PTFE三元活性材料的分解放热量略低于NaClO4/Al/PTFE 三元活性材料;KClO4 的分解温度在PTFE的催化作用下降低,且KClO4/Al/PTFE三元活性材料的放热峰值温度也降低了29.1℃;而NaClO4/Al/PTFE三元活性材料的放热峰值温度提高了7.5℃.相比NaClO4,KClO4 的加入有助于C的利用.在点火实验中,高氯酸盐的引入可有效增加Al/PTFE活性材料体系的燃烧持续时间、爆燃持续时间,并提高了最高压力,但也降低了体系的升压速率、增加了达到最大压力的时间.
The effect of perchlorate on the thermal reaction behavior of Al/PTFE active materials
In order to study the effect of perchlorate on the thermal reaction behavior of Al/PTFE binary active materials,potassium perchlorate(KClO4)and sodium perchlorate(NaClO4)were selected as filling materials,and KClO4/Al/PTFE and NaClO4/Al/PTFE ternary active materials samples were prepared by wet mixing method.The microstructure of the samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The thermal and combustion properties of the perchlorate/Al/PTFE ternary active material system were studied by synchronous thermal analysis(TGA-DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and a self-built combustion testing device.The results showed that the perchlorate powder and Al powder were uniformly distributed on the PTFE substrate.The decomposition reaction temperature of the perchlorate/Al/PTFE active materials system were lower than that of the Al/PTFE active materials system found by the TG-DSC synchronous thermal analysis experiment.Among them,the decomposition heat release of KClO4/Al/PTFE ternary active materials is slightly lower than NaClO4/Al/PTFE ternary active materials;The decomposition temperature of KClO4 were decreased for the catalytic action of PTFE,and the peak temperature of KClO4/Al/PTFE ternary active materials also decreased by 29.1℃;The peak temperature of sodium NaClO4/Al/PTFE ternary active materials was increased by 7.5℃.Compared with NaClO4,the addition of KClO4 was beneficial for the utilization of C.In the ignition experiment,the addition of perchlorate can effectively increase the combustion duration,detonation duration,and maximum pressure of the Al/PTFE active materials system,but it also reduces the pressure increase rate of the system and increases the time to reach the maximum pressure.
