摘要

为研究弹枪耦合作用对枪管振动的影响,考虑枪管偏置状态,建立了弹枪耦合作用下偏心旋转梁模型,对系统的动能与势能进行分析,并考虑弹丸运动对枪管的作用力和弹丸击发后的火药后坐力,推导出弹头/身管耦合系统的拉格朗日动力学方程,考虑系统结构特点将枪管模态函数假设为悬臂梁的模态函数,从而对枪管振动位移进行离散,得到系统离散后的动力学方程,采用龙格库塔法进行数值计算,得到枪管任意位置任意时间的垂直方向位移,计算结果与试验结果基本一致,验证模型的正确性.研究表明,弹头膛内运动时期枪口向下有小幅运动,但弹头出枪口后,枪口振动位移大幅度增加,并呈自由衰减振动形态.改变弹丸质量偏心会增加弹头出枪口时枪口振动位移和枪管偏心旋转梁系统振幅,是影响枪口振动的主要因素.

Abstract

In order to study the influence of bullet-gun coupling on barrel vibration,considering the offset state of the barrel,an eccentric rotating beam model under bullet-gun coupling was established.The kinetic energy and potential energy of the system were analyzed,and the action of the bullet movement on the barrel and the recoil of the gunpowder after the bullet firing were considered.The Lagrangian dynamic equation of the warhead/body tube coupling system was derived.Considering the structural characteristics of the system,the modal function of the barrel was assumed to be the modal function of the cantilever beam,thereby discretizing the vibration displacement of the barrel,and the dynamic equation after system discretization was obtained.The Runge-Kutta method was used for numerical calculation to obtain the vertical displacement of the barrel at any position and any time.The calculation results are basically consistent with the experimental results,verifying the correctness of the model.The research shows that there is a small downward motion of the muzzle during the period of warhead in-bore movement,but after the warhead exits the muzzle,the muzzle vibration displacement significantly increases and shows a free decay vibration pattern.Changing the bullet mass eccentricity will increase the muzzle vibration displacement and the amplitude of the barrel eccentric rotating beam system when the warhead exits the muzzle,which is a major factor affecting muzzle vibration.
