阻尼铝基复合材料的研究进展和应用前景

航空、航天、舰船和兵器等领域装备的减振对结构材料的阻尼性能具有较高的要求.但常用金属结构材料的阻尼性能较差,而传统阻尼合金的密度较大或强度偏低,需要研发轻质阻尼结构材料.在轻质阻尼结构材料中,阻尼铝基复合材料引起了广泛关注.迄今国内外阻尼铝基复合材料在材料制备、典型性能、验证试验等方面取得了较大进展,并显示出了良好的应用前景.目前已研制成功了铝合金/Gr(/SiCp)和铝合金/(Zn-Al)(/SiCp)等2 种系列的阻尼铝基复合材料.这些复合材料的室温阻尼性能(Q-1)达到(6~15)×10-3,比传统铝合金提高约1~3 倍,而其力学性能与2xxx系或7xxx系铝合金相当.同铝合金原结构相比,阻尼铝基复合材料零件可实现减振20%~40%.这些材料可应用于振源附近的结构件和光电设备的支撑构件,满足装备的减振要求.阻尼铝基复合材料的未来方向包括进一步改进性能、降低密度、增加产品品种、建立性能数据库、加强验证试验和降低成本等.
Research progress and prospects of application for damping aluminum matrix composites
Vibration-reduction for the equipments in areas of aeronautics,aerospace,ship and ordnance,needs the structural materials with good damping capacity.However,common metal structural materials exhibit poor damping capacity,and conventional damping alloys possess high density or lower strength,thus,it is very necessary to develop light-weight structural materials with good damping capacity.Among light-weight damping structural materials,damping aluminum matrix composites have been received great attention.So far,in domestic and abroad,for damping aluminum matrix composites,great progress in materials manufacturing,typical properties and the effect of vibration reduction has been made,showing good prospect for applications.At present,two series of damping composites,including(Al alloy)/Gr(/SiCp)and(Al alloy)/(Zn-Al)(/SiCp),have successfully been developed.These composites possess the room-temperature damping capacity(Q-1)of(6~15)×10-3,about 1~3 times higher than that of conventional aluminum alloys,while exhibiting the similar mechanical properties to 2xxx or 7xxx series aluminum alloys.As compared with the corresponding aluminum alloy counterpart,the parts of damping aluminum matrix composites can realize vibration-reduction at 20%~40%.These damping composites may be used as structural parts near vibration sources and supporting parts for optoelectronic equipment.Future directions for damping aluminum matrix composites include further improving properties,decreasing density,increasing product types,establishing the property data set,strengthening the test of verification and reducing cost.
