外加颗粒增强非晶复合材料研究进展

摘要
外加颗粒是提高非晶合金室温韧性的有效手段之一,同时外加颗粒的引入也促进了功能非晶复合材料的开发.根据外加颗粒增强非晶复合材料的塑性变形机制,综述了外加颗粒的脆韧性、颗粒尺寸对非晶复合材料的室温韧性、屈服强度等力学性能的具体影响研究进展.针对外加颗粒增强非晶复合材料制备中存在的分散问题、两相结合问题以及成分偏析问题进行了分析和展望.对具有一定功能的外加颗粒增强非晶复合材料的研究现状进行了概述.
Abstract
The addition of particles was one of the effective means to improve the ductility of amorphous alloys at room temperature,and the introduction of additional particles also promoted the development of functional amorphous composites.According to the plastic deformation mechanism of amorphous composites reinforced by additional particles,the influences of the brittleness and size of the additional particles on ductility at room temperature,yield strength and other mechanical properties were reviewed.The problems of dispersion,combination of two phases and component segregation in the preparation of additional particles reinforced amorphous composites were analyzed and prospected.At the same time,the research status of amorphous composites with certain functions was summarized.
