基于ADAMS的新型狙击榴弹发射器动力学仿真

自动武器中主要运动部件的动力学特性是开展武器零部件可靠性分析以及优化结构设计的重要理论依据,为进一步优化某新型狙击榴弹发射器的相关设计参数,以ADAMS为仿真平台,建立发射器的虚拟样机并针对核心组件开展动力学仿真计算,提取关键的动力学响应并总结规律,同时将部分动力学响应仿真结果与试验结果进行对比.结果表明基于ADAMS的动力学仿真计算方法可有效地评估系统设计方案,同时也充分验证了仿真模型和仿真计算方法的可靠性.研究成果进一步丰富了榴弹发射器设计技术路线,为新型狙击榴弹发射器后续的设计优化提供理论参考.
Dynamic simulation of new sniper grenade launcher by ADAMS
The dynamic characteristics of primary moving parts in automatic weapons was the important theoretical basis for reliability analysis of weapon and further optimization of structural design.In order to further optimize the design parameters of a new sniper grenade launcher,ADAMS was used as the simulation platform to establish the virtual prototype of the grenade launcher and carried out dynamic simulation for the core components,pivotal dynamic responses was extracted and relevant laws was summarized.Some dynamic response simulation results were compared with experimental results at the same time,the results showed that the dynamic simulation method based on ADAMS could effectively evaluate the system design scheme.The reliability of the simulation model and simulation method was verified.The research results further enriched the technical route of grenade launcher design and provide theoretical reference for the subsequent design optimization of the new sniper grenade launcher.
