不同药型罩结构对环形EFP成型及侵彻性能影响的数值模拟

为研究不同药型罩结构对环形EFP成型及侵彻性能的影响,利用LS-DYNA动力学分析软件对环形药型罩进行了数值模拟与对比分析.首先设计了环锥形罩、环半球罩和环亚半球罩3种典型药型罩结构,数值模拟发现环亚半球罩成型的环形EFP成型效果最好、侵彻效果最优,但成型过程环形EFP的姿态仍然具有向外偏斜的趋势.进一步采用变壁厚设计思路,对环亚半球罩进行了优化设计,当壁厚偏移量取0.15时,成型的环形EFP不仅具有优良的飞行稳定性,还具有最好的成型和侵彻效果.本研究对于环形药型罩结构设计具有一定的指导意义.
Numerical simulation of the influence of different liner structures on the formation and penetration performance of annular EFP
To investigate the effects of different liner structures on the formation and penetration performance of annular EFP,numerical simulation and comparative analysis were conducted on the annular liner using LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software.Firstly,three typical types of propellant liner structures were designed:annular conical liner,annular hemispherical liner,and annular sub-hemispherical liner.Numerical simulations showed that the annular EFP formed by annular sub hemispherical liner had the best forming effect and penetration effect,but the attitude of the annular EFP during the forming process still showed a tendency to deviate outward.Further adopting the concept of variable wall thickness design,an optimized design was carried out for the annular sub hemispherical cover.When the wall thickness offset is 0.15,the formed annular EFP not only has excellent flight stability,but also has the best forming and penetration effects.This study has certain guiding significance for the structural design of annular shaped charge covers.
