拦阻过程中机身主结构动力学分析与试验研究

依据舰载机着舰拦阻过程中拦阻载荷的特点,以典型舰载机无人机机身主传力结构为研究对象,提出了一种适用于着舰过程中主传力结构的刚柔耦合动态力学响应分析方法.研究了拦阻载荷下机身主结构的强度余度和拦阻过程中加速度、应力在机身主传力路径上的传递和分布规律;并开展拦阻载荷下中后机身的冲击试验,对拦阻过程刚柔耦合分析方法的准确性进行了研究,评估机体结构的安全性,为舰载机结构设计和分析方法提供依据.
Dynamic analysis and experimental study for fuselage structure of carrier aircraft arresting landing
Arresting Landing is a key technology to ensure the rapid take-off and landing of the carrier aircraft.Based on the characteristics of the arresting load,the main fuselage structure of the typical carrier aircraft UAV is taken as the research object.The rigid-flexible coupled dynamic mechanical response analysis of the fuselage structure during the arresting impact load is carried out.The dynamic strength and the acceleration of the main fuselage structure under the impact process are studied,and the transmission and distribution of the stress and acceleration on the main force transmission path of the fuselage.At the same time,the arresting impact test is carried out to verify the accuracy of the rigid-flexible coupling analysis method in the arresting process,and to evaluate the safety of the structure of the aircraft,and to provide basis for the structural design and analysis method of the carrier.
