基于燃气动力的箔条干扰弹布放设计研究

为了提高某型机载箔条干扰弹箔条载荷雷达截面积(RCS),改变箔条云团布放形态和缩短箔条云形成时间,设计一种基于燃气动力进行箔条载荷布放的弹体结构,利用导气式活塞原理和干扰载荷发射出弹壳时瞬间膛口流场效应,可缩短箔条云形成时间,实现近似椭球形布放形态.通过采用Matlab软件对箔条载荷不同时刻布放形态和运动特性仿真模拟分析,对比分析动态发射试验验证和箔条云形态数值模拟结果,试验与数值模拟结果基本一致.基于箔条云团布放形态,利用测试雷达进行箔条载荷RCS测试,根据测试结果对箔条干扰弹投放间隔和压制比分析,为箔条干扰弹的设计和效能使用提供了一定参考和借鉴作用.
Research on dispersion design of chaff jamming bomb based on gas power
In order to improve the radar cross section(RCS)of a certain type of airborne chaff jamming bomb and change the shape of chaff cloud,a projectile structure based on gas power for chaff jamming materialdispersion is designed.The shaping time of chaff cloudcan be shortened and thedispersion of approximate ellipsoidcan be realized by usingthe principle of gas piston and the instantaneous effect of the flow field at the mouth of the shell when the interference load is emitted.By using the MATLAB software,the dispersion morphology and motion characteristics of chaff jamming material at different timesare simulated and analyzed.The results of dynamic emission test verification and numerical simulation of chaff cloud morphology were compared and analyzed.The experimental results were basically consistent with the numerical simulation results.Based on the dispersion morphology of chaff cloud,the RCS of chaff jamming material is measured by using the test radar.According to the test results,the shooting interval and suppression ratio of chaff jamming bomb are analyzed,which provides a certain reference for the design and efficiency use of chaff jamming bomb.
