破片排列方式对多功能战斗部威力影响规律研究

为研究破片排列方式对多功能战斗部威力的影响,基于LS-DYNA有限元软件研究了多功能战斗部球形和方形破片不同排列方式对射流成形及破片飞散特性的影响规律.研究结果表明:不同类型破片非对称排列破坏了爆轰波的对称性,造成射流弯曲和倾斜,使侵彻能力下降;方形破片位于弹头部相较于球形破片位于弹头部的射流速度提高了 7.50%,侵深提高13.71%;不同排列方式的破片速度和飞散特性有明显差异,球形破片平均速度最大为1 464 m/s,最小速度为1 174 m/s,方形破片平均速度最大为791 m/s,最小速度为617 m/s,靠近弹体头部的破片飞散角和方向角小,而靠近弹体尾部的破片飞散角和方向角大.
Study on the effect of fragment arrangement on the power of multifunctional warhead
In order to study the effect of fragment arrangement on the power of multi-functional warhead,the influence of different arrangement of spherical and square fragments on jet forming and fragment flying characteristics of multi-functional warhead is studied based on LS-DYNA finite element software.The results show that the asymmetric arrangement of different types of fragments destroys the symmetry of detonation wave,causes the jet to bend and tilt,and decreases the penetration ability.The jet velocity and penetration depth of the square fragment in the warhead increased by 7.50%and 13.71%compared with that of the spherical fragment in the warhead.The fragment velocity and dispersion characteristics of different arrangement modes are significantly different.The average velocity of spherical fragment is up to 1 464 m/s and the minimum velocity is 1 174 m/s,while the average velocity of square fragment is up to 791 m/s and the minimum velocity is 617 m/s,and the fragment dispersion Angle and direction Angle near the head of the projectile body are small.However,the dispersion angle and direction angle of fragments near the tail of the projectile body are larger.
