爆炸载荷累积作用下圆形薄板结构变形特征分析

为了研究薄板结构在爆炸载荷累积作用下的变形特征,以周边固支圆形薄板结构为研究对象,开展了 9组不同装药量、炸高组合的炸药爆炸薄板结构累积变形试验,分析了结构在单次爆炸载荷作用下的变形模式,研究了单次不同变形模式状态下结构的累积变形特征,并对比分析了单次爆炸与多次爆炸累积作用下结构的变形规律.结果表明,周边固支圆形薄板结构在单次爆炸载荷作用下的变形模式包括反直观变形、塑性变形和边界拉伸撕裂,在首次反直观变形状态下结构的累积变形模式包括局部塑性变形、塑性变形、边界拉伸撕裂,在首次塑性变形状态下结构的累积变形模式包括塑性变形和边界拉伸撕裂;在炸药总装药量相等、炸高接近时,单装药爆炸作用下结构的最大塑性变形幅值可达到2次装药量爆炸累积作用的1.65倍;在低幅值爆炸载荷的多次累积作用,薄板结构可在边界约束处发生拉伸撕裂破坏.
Analysis of deformation characteristics of circular thin plate structure under the cumulative effect of explosive load
In order to study the deformation characteristics of thin plate structures under the cumulative action of explosive loads,the cumulative deformation test of thin plate structure with nine groups charges quantity and explosion heights was designed.The deformation modes of the structure under single explosive load and the cumulative deformation characteristics of the structure under different deformation modes were discussed.The deformation laws under single explosive load and multiple explosive loads were also compared and analyzed.The results show that the deformation modes of the edge-supported circular thin plate structure under single explosive load includes anomalous deformation,plastic deformation and boundary tensile tear failure.Under the initial counterintuitive deformation state,the cumulative deformation modes of the structure include local plastic deformation,plastic deformation,and boundary tensile tear failure.Under the initial plastic deformation state,the cumulative deformation modes of the structure include plastic deformation and boundary tensile tear failure.When the total explosive charge amount is the same and the explosive height is close,the maximum plastic deformation amplitude of the structure under single explosive load can reach 1.65 times that of the cumulative deformation under two explosive charges.Besides,the tensile failure of the thin plate structure can also occur at the boundary when the repeated cumulative action of low-amplitude explosive loads.
