TNTON/DNTN二元低共熔物的制备与性能

为了改善熔铸炸药载体DNTN熔点高的问题,使用新型不敏感炸药TNTON制备了 TNTON/DNTN最低共熔物.通过DSC研究了不同比例TNTON/DNTN的熔融过程,建立了 T-x相图,以及TNTON/DNTN低共熔物在不同升温速率下熔融和分解过程;使用EXPLO-5软件,计算了 TNTON/DNTN低共熔物的爆轰性能.结果表明:TNTON/DNTN低共熔物的物质的量组成为72.78∶27.22,熔点为65.4 ℃;随着升温速率加快,熔融及分解反应都发生了相应的延迟;TNTON/DNTN低共熔物的理论密度1.838 g/cm3,计算爆速为8 499 m/s.TNTON与DNTN制备成低共熔物后既降低了熔点,同时基本保持了 DNTN较好的爆轰性能,有希望应用于液相载体炸药领域.
Preparation and properties of TNTON/DNTN binary eutectic mixture
In order to modify the melting point of DNTN,a new type of non-sensitive explosive TNTON was used to prepare the TNTON/DNTN eutectic system.The melting and liquefaction processes of TNTON/DNTN with different proportions were studied by DSC,and the T-x phase diagram was established,as well as the melting and decomposition processes of TNTON/DNTN eutectic at different heating rates.The detonation performance of TNTON/DNTN eutectic was calculated using EXPLO-5 software.The results show that the mass composition of the lowest eutectic of TNTON/DNTN is 72.78:27.22,and the average melting point is 65.4 ℃.With the increase of heating rate,the melting and decomposition reactions are delayed.The theoretical density of TNTON/DNTN eutectic is 1.838 g/cm,the calculated detonation speed is 8 499 m/s.TNTON and DNTN can reduce the melting point and maintain the high energy level of the low eutectic compound,which is expected to be applied in the field of liquid phase carrier explosives.
