Developing efficient scheduling technology for tube trailer between hydrogen generation and refueling stations is of great significance for reducing the cost of hydrogen transmission and distribution,in response to the typical scenario of centralized hydrogen generation around the city and decentralized hydrogen supply from multiple refueling stations within the city.The key influencing factors of hydrogen supply problem in hydrogen refueling station were studied,and the simulation model of hydrogen bundle car scheduling was established.With the goal of minimizing the cost of hydrogen transportation,a large-scale neighborhood search optimization genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.By changing the hydrogen delivery time of hydrogen refueling stations and shortening the idle time of tube trailer,the efficient scheduling of the vehicles was realized.The results show that using the developed algorithm to schedule tube trailers can reduce the number of tube trailers by 15%and the cost of hydrogen distribution by 10%when the tube trailers are distributed to 10 hydrogen stations,which has good application prospect.
