雷达C波段全固态发射系统可靠性设计

随着固态器件的日益成熟,为C波段雷达全固态、高功率发射系统的研制提供了工程基础.结合航天测量雷达需要使用较复杂波形的技术指标要求,提出了一种具有毫秒级别脉宽、超过5%的工作比、超过10%的相对带宽、相位噪声低、高可靠性的C波段200 kW全固态雷达发射系统设计方案.仿真测试表明:验证全固态、高功率发射系统可以满足现阶段航天测量雷达性能指标需求;雷达C波段全固态发射系统的"积木块"结构设计可明显提升系统可靠性、降低使用维护成本.
Reliability design of radar C-band all solid state radar transmission system
With the increasing maturity of solid-state devices,it has provided an engineering foundation for the development of a fully solid-state,high-power transmission system for C-band radar.This paper proposes a design scheme for a fully solid-state radar transmission system operating in the C-band with a power of 200kW,featuring microsecond-level pulse width,an operating ratio exceeding 5%,a relative bandwidth exceeding 10%,low phase noise,and high reliability.Combined with simulation testing,it is verified that the fully solid-state,high-power transmission system can meet the performance requirements of the current stage of space measurement radar.The"modular"structural design of the radar C-band fully solid-state transmission system can significantly improve system reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
