Study on Environment Risk Assessment and Management of Industrial Park in Guizhou Province Based on the Checklist-Analytic Hierarchy Process
Nowadays in China there are a large number of industrial parks which have different degrees of environmental risk.Guizhou Province plans to build 100 industrial parks with a certain scale during The 12th Five Year Plan.Therefore,the environment risk assessment and management of industrial parks becomes an urgent demand.To solve the problem,this research introduced a new method of the environment assessment and management of industrial parks,which builds an environmental risk assessment index system of industrial park based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process.The indexes resulted by analytic Hierarchy Process were then made into checking items which constitute a risk checklist.Through case studies of two typical industrial parks in Guizhou Province,the result showed that this method could effectively access and grade the environmental risk of industrial parks,and could provide administrative department with scientific advices.
