Research on the Climate Change Strategy under the Guidance of the Carbon Emission Peak Target in Sichuan Province
In the face of the increasingly prominent risks of global climate change,the urgency of mitigating and adapting to climatechange has increased.Sichuan is one of the sensitive and vulnerable areas of climate change,therefore,in dealing with climate change,not only face problems such as diverse impacts and prominent risks,but also problems and challenges such as more constraints on low-carbon transition under the target of carbon peak and accelerated accumulation of energy-consuming and energy-carrying industries.This paper adopted the method of"current situation assessment-problem diagnosis-measures optimization",and in accordance with the idea of paying equal attention to mitigation and adaptation,explored differentiated paths from climate change risk management,green energy efficient transformation,green development momentum cultivation,and district-specific policies,and established a management system to address climate change according to local conditions.
