Study on Purifying Nitrate Nitrogen by Cana Generalis with Response Surface Methodology
The study aims to optimize the optimal combination conditions for purifying nitrate nitrogen in constructed wetlands by cana generalis. In this study,a single-factor experiment was carried out to investigate the impacts of methanol concentration(A),nitrate concentration(B),and treatment duration(C)on the absorption of nitrate nitrogen by cana generalis in wetland systems.Based on this,a response surface analysis method with three factors and five levels was designed using Design Expert software and CCD to optimize the conditions of purification of nitrate nitrogen by cana generalis. The study indicated that when the concentration of methanol used for pretreatment was 2.75 mM,the pretreatment duration was 4h,and the concentration of NO3--N was 38mg/L,cana generalis can absorb nitrate ions at maximum efficiency of 0.062mg/(L·g)FW.In practical application, methanol can be applied to the wetland system planted with canna generalis according to the test results, and the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in the system can be adjusted to promote the absorption of nitrate nitrogen by canna generalis in the wetland system.
