为全面落实"国务院关于深入打好污染防治攻坚战",为四川省功能区噪声污染防治提供参考和依据,通过收集2012-2022年四川省功能区声环境质量相关监测数据,对四川省声环境功能区质量进行了特征分析,运用灰色理论对功能区声环境质量影响因素进行灰色关联度分析,并建立GM(1,1)模型进行了"十四五"末预测,结果表明,四川省功能区声环境昼、夜间达标率均显著上升,声环境质量明显好转;四川省人口数量、城镇化比例、工业企业数等与功能区声环境质量关联度很高;实测数据建立的噪声预测模型精度可靠,预测2025年四川省功能区声环境昼间达标率为96。5%,夜间达标率为83。7%,四川省噪声污染防治任务艰巨,产噪设备源头防控、施工场地隔音墙、环保振动机具以及低噪路面应用至关重要。
Characteristics and Correlation Prediction of Acoustic Environment in Functional Areas of Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2022
In order to fully implement the"Circular on Further Promoting the Nationwide Battle to Prevent and Control Pollution"issued by the State Council and to provide reference and basis for the prevention and control of noise pollution in functional areas of Sichuan Province,monitoring data of the acoustic environment quality of the functional areas in Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2022 was collected,the characteristics of the quality of the functional areas in Sichuan Province were analyzed,the grey theory was applied to analyze the influence factors of the acoustic environment quality in the functional areas,and the GM(1,1)model was established to predict the achievements at the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan in this paper.The results indicated:the control rate of acoustic environment in the functional areas in Sichuan Province has increased significantly both in day and night;and the quality of acoustic environment has improved significantly;the population,the proportion of urbanization,the number of industrial enterprises and so on were highly correlated with the acoustic environment quality of the functional areas;the accuracy of the noise prediction model established by the measured data was reliable;it is predicted that in 2025,the control rate of acoustic environment in functional areas of Sichuan Province will reach 96.5%and 83.7%respectively in day and night.As the prevention and control of noise pollution in Sichuan Province is a huge task,it is very important to prevent and control the source of noise-producing equipment,set up noise barriers on construction sites,and use environmental-ly-friendly vibration equipment and low noise pavement.
