Research on Green Development and Coupling Coordination Effect of Urban Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction:A Case Study of Kunming
Kunming city was taken as a research area,and a comprehensive evaluation system of urban pollution reduction,carbon reduction and green development was constructed by using the hierarchical analysis method(AHP),the pollution reduction,carbon reduction and green development in Kunming City was quantitatively analyzed in combination with the entropy weighting method,and the evolution process of its coupling coordination effect was analyzed by using the ternary coupling coordination degree model.The results indicated:the degree of coordinated development(i.e.,the comprehensive evaluation index)of pollution reduction,carbon reduction and green development in Kunming City were increasing during the period of 2005 to 2020,with an average annual growth rate of 12.3%and a great evaluation result.The construction land area per unit of GDP,the energy consumption per unit of GDP,the carbon dioxide emission per unit of GDP,and the chemical oxygen demand emission per unit of industrial added value were the most important influence factors.The degree of coupling and coordination amongof pollution reduction,carbon reduction and green development showed a continuous upward trend,the coupling and coordination between the three subsystems gradually changed from the stage of imbalance and decline to the stage of transitional harmonization and coordinated development.The main influence factors were the environmental governance and low-carbon con-struction.In the future,it is still necessary to adhere to the green and low-carbon development model,and integrate the work of pollution reduction and carbon reduction,so as to achieve the coupling and coordination effect of carbon reduction and pollution reduction and green development as soon as possible and remain the high-quality coordinated development.
