Research on of Industrial Green Development Level in Chengdu-Chongqing Region
To promote the green development of industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region,a comprehensive evaluation index system for industrial green development was constructed from three aspects:energy consumption, water resource consumption, and pollution emission intensity,to evaluate the overall level of industrial green development in Chengdu and Chongqing in a comprehensive manner. Moreover, the comparative analysis method was used to analyze the emission intensity of pollutants in key industries.Compared with other top ten provinces with industrial added value,Sichuan province in the Chengdu-Chongqing region had a lower industrial green development level, while Chongqing had a higher level, resulting unbalanced industrial green development level between the two regions;Sichuan province still had a significant gap compared to Guangdong,Zhejiang,Henan and other regions in terms of energy consumption per unit of industrial added value and pollutant emission intensity, but was significantly higher than Chongqing. The pollutant emission intensity of key typical industries in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, including non-metallic mineral products, ferrous smelting and processing, papermaking and paper products, and chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industries, was still at a high level. To this end, countermeasures and policy suggestions were proposed from the aspects of layout and structural adjustment, source transformation, operation management, terminal governance, and Chengdu-Chongqing cooperation.
