河流水质自动监测站取水平台优化设置技术要点与案例

水质自动站是获取水环境质量数据的重要手段。国家相关标准对于水质自动站站址选择做了原则性的规定,但是自动站取水口受河道冲淤,人类活动的影响,可能影响监测结果的代表性和准确性。本文介绍了自然河流水质自动站取水平台优化设置的技术要点:自然河流水质自动站站址选择尽可能选择顺直或尽可能不受冲淤影响的河段、取水平台位置的99%水位保证率下水深不小于1m、流速不小于断面平均流速的30%。以阿七大桥水质自动站为例,分析了取水平台受下游电站运行和河道冲淤对取水平台获环境的影响,明晰了获取水样代表性不足的原因,提出阿七大桥断面取水口位置优化建议。
Technical Points and Case of Optimal Setting of Water Intake Platform for Automatic River Water Quality Monitoring Station
An automatic water quality monitoring station is essential for acquiring water quality data.Relevant national standards have been set for choosing the locations of automatic water quality stations.However,the water intake of automatic stations is prone to be affected by river erosion and human activities,which might affect the representativeness and accuracy of water quality monitoring data.This study summarized the key technical points of the optimal setting of the water intake platform:The sites should be on river segments which are straight as much as possible or not affected by erosion;the water depth at the platform position with 99%water level assurance rate should be more than 1 m;and the water flow velocity should be at least 30%of the mean velocity of the river section.Taking the station of Aqi Bridge as an example,this article furthermore analyzed the influences of downstream power station operation and river erosion on the water intake platform,unveiled the causes for insufficient representativeness of water samples,and further put forward recommendations for optimizing the water intake location of Aqi Bridge water quality auto-monitoring station.
