Study on Emission Characteristics of Air Pollutants from Flat Glass Furnace
To study the emission characteristics of air pollutants from glass furnaces of the flat glass industry, portable infrared flue gas analyzer, filterable and condensable particle sampler and other monitoring equipment are used to monitor the waste gas of glass furnaces. The results showed that the production raw materials, fuels and waste gas treatment process had obvious effects on the emission of pollutants.Among the four monitored glass furnace exhaust gases, three furnace exhaust gases have a relatively high proportion of CPM to total particulate matters. If the mixed fuel of anthracene oil and coal tar with high organic content is used, the emission concentration of CPM is much higher than that of the exhaust gas from glass furnaces fueled by petroleum coke and natural gas.The pollutants with large emission from glass furnace mainly include gaseous pollutants such as SO2,NOX and CO and water-soluble ions such as SO42-,NH4+,Cl-,Na+,Ca2+,NO3-,and the metal elements with relatively high emission concentration include Fe,Al,Zn,Ba,Ti,Pb,etc.
