Analysis of Integrated Development Quantity of Water Resources,Wind Resources, and Solar Resources in Sichuan Province Considering Ecological and Environmental Impact
The integrated development of water, wind, and solar resources has become an essential path for energy construction in China, and it is an important means to achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The aggregation of water, wind, and solar resources in Sichuan Province overlaps significantly with ecologically fragile areas, posing a series of new ecological and environmental challenges for the integrated development of these resources. Therefore, this paper adopts a method that combines geographic information data with meteorological data to study the distribution of ecologically compatible wind and solar resources in Sichuan Province.Based on the distribution of wind and solar resource intensity, the paper analyzes the development potential of wind and solar resources in the integrated water, wind, and solar bases in the Jinsha River Basin,Yalong River Basin, and Dadu River Basin. The conclusions of this study can provide technical references for the coordinated development of water, wind, and solar resources and ecological environmental protection in Sichuan Province.
