Research on Green Infrastructure Planning Based on Multiple Values:Case Study of Chengdu Eastern New Area
Green infrastructure is an innovative carrier for actively exploring ecological priority, green development, and ecological value transformation in the context of ecological civilization era.At present, the spatial planning in China emphasizes spatial protection, restoration, and utilization of all areas and elements.Traditional green space system planning has limitations in terms of planning breadth and depth.Through this,a comprehensive green infrastructure system was set up,and targeted construction and control guidelines were formulated by optimizing and enhancing the layout of blue-green spaces, increasing greenery at multiple scales and dimensions, and focusing on the five values including improving the atmospheric environment, promoting physical and mental health, protecting biodiversity, enhancing urban resilience, and maintaining low-carbon sustainable development through green infrastructure. In addition,a quantitative,three-dimensional,implementable,and actionable measurement index system for 25 items of 5 major categories was built, and control methods for green infrastructure were innovated from three aspects:spatial control, land use control, and construction control.
