Research on Legal Issues and Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment
To build an ecologically livable and beautiful countryside,it is essential to enhance rural ecological environment protection in all sides,across all regions and throughout the entire process,with a focus on addressing the issue of domestic sewage.In response to the current challenges of insufficient legal basis,inadequate government supervision,and an incomplete multi-subject participation system,it is necessary to improve relevant laws & regulations,increase government supervision efficiency,and perfect the multi-subject participation system.This will promote the effective implementation of laws & regulations,and the active participation of all sectors of society in the treatment of rural domestic sewage.Implementing these strategies can effectively resolve issues in rural sewage management,and facilitate effective governance,and thereby achieve continuous improvementof the rural ecological environment and the construction of a beautiful countryside.
