Contamination Characteristics and Risk Assessment of Antibiotics in Jinjiang River Basin of Chengdu
The composition of antibiotic contamination in the main rivers of the Jinjiang River Basin in Chengdu during the dry and abundant periods was analyzed with the solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, involving 26 antibiotics of 6 categories, and the ecological risk of 20 antibiotics in the Jinjiang River Basin was assessed by the risk entropy value method. The results showed that 25 antibiotics of 6 categories were detected in the Jinjiang River Basin, among which β-lactams had the highest concentration, ranging from 314 ng/L to 716 ng/L.The concentration of antibiotics in the river was influenced by the season, showing a trend that the pollution concentration was higher in the dry period than in the abundant period.Penicillin G,amoxicillin, cefotaxime, sulfamethoxazole, sarafloxacin and dehydrated erythromycin in the Jinjiang River Basin showed high risk, ampicillin, erythromycin, roxithromycin, ofloxacin and sulfadimethoxine showed medium risk, and the rest of antibiotics showed low risk.
