基于某钢厂烧结机烟气脱硝喷氨量控制策略的应用

根据《关于推进实施钢铁行业超低排放的意见》的相关要求,钢厂烧结面临灵活运行和超低排放的双重压力,烧结机的负荷变化也对SCR脱硝系统的控制提出了更高要求。以某大型钢厂烧结烟气脱硝改造过程中的控制需求为基础,分析研究了脱硝工艺流程、SCR特性、控制影响因素等方面,采用先脱硫后脱硝工艺布置方案,结合喷氨控制特性,对传统控制策略进行优化,实现了烟气排放生产过程平稳控制,达到了改造的工艺控制功能要求,对其它钢厂脱硝改造以及NOx控制策略具有参考意义。
Application of Control Strategy for Ammonia Injection Amount Based on Flue Gas Denitrification of Sintering Machine in Steel Mill
According to the relevant requirements of the Opinions on Promoting Implementation of Ultra-low Emissions from the Iron and Steel Industry,sintering of steel mill faces the pressure of flexible operation and ultra-low emissions,and the load change of the sintering machine also puts forward stricter requirements for the control of SCR denitration system.Based on the control requirements in the denitration transformation process of sintering flue gas from a large steel mill,the denitration process,SCR characteristics,control influence factors and other aspects were analyzed and studied,and the layout scheme of desulfurization first and then denitration process was adopted,the traditional control strategy was optimized in combination with the ammonia injection control characteristics,and the flue gas emission production process was smoothly controlled,and the process control function requirements for the transformation were met,which were of reference significance for the denitration transformation of other steel mills and NOx control strategies.
