Practice and Reflection of Single-track Digital File Case Handling Mode from the Perspective of Public Security Organs——A Case Study of Zhejiang Province
The application of digital file single-track system has changed the previous mode of paper-based case handling,and added new vitality into the criminal proceedings with the advantages of intelligence and paperless.At the beginning of 2018,Zhejiang Province launched the pilot project of integrated collaborative case handling System.In re-cent years,the local political and legal organs,especially the public security organs have verified the feasibility of sin-gle-track digital file case handling mode and summed up the relevant experience.There are still some problems,such as lack of support,somepolicemen's ideological understanding are not in place,the function of public security case han-dling system is not perfect enough and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the collaborative case han-dling mode of single-track digital file system by improving organizational leadership,strengthening safeguard measures,improvingideological standing,improving thedigital level of law enforcement of public security organs,promoting the up-grading of public security law enforcement case handling system.
