随着互联网的迅猛发展,网络游戏外挂犯罪快速演化.这给此类案件的侦查工作提出了严峻挑战.当下,侦查机关对网络游戏外挂犯罪的侦查面临着调查取证难、侦查协作难、追赃挽损难、罪名确定难等困境,亟需从注重信息情报收集与应用、深化侦查协作互助、加强行业监督、完善法律法规等多维度发力,突破困境,促进游戏行业的健康发展和网络空间的安全稳定.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet,crimes involving onlinegame plugins have evolved swiftly.This poses severe challenges to investigative practices.At present,investigative bodies face significant difficulties inevidence collection,collaborative investigations,asset recovery,and the determination of criminal charges.It is urgent to focus onthe collection and application of information intelligence,deepen cooperation and mutual assistancein investigations,strengthen industry supervision,and improve laws and regulations.These multidimensional effortsare crucial to overcoming these challenges and promoting the healthy development of the gaming industry,as well as ensuring the security and stabili-ty of cyberspace.
