摘要
在现代侦查中,人工智能技术日渐成为增强侦查决策准确性、提高侦查工作效率的重要支撑.较传统侦查技术而言,人工智能技术具有显著优势,但也存在应用主体不明确、应用范围零散以及应用的程序规范不足等问题.因应之策是,明确主体范围,构建有助于整合人工智能应用范围的模型,开发人工智能分析决策程序,完善相关法律来规范人工智能的应用程序.
Abstract
In modern investigations,artificial intelligence technology is increasingly becoming a critical support for en-hancing the accuracy of investigative decisions and improving the efficiency of investigative work.Compared to traditional investigative techniques,Al technology has significant advantages,but there are also issues such as unclear application en-tities,fragmented application scope,and non-standard procedures.To address these challenges,it is necessary to clarify the scope of entities,build models that help integrate AI application areas,develop AI analysis and decision-making proce-dures,and improve relevant laws to regulate AI application procedures.
