The Shortcomings and Improvement Paths of Criminal Law Regulation on Juvenile Cyberbullying
Adolescent cyberbullying is one of the current social problems, which not only violates the legal norms for protecting minors on the internet, but also causes disturbance to the clean online ecological environment. However, there are still many shortcomings in the current criminal law regulatory measures for such behavior, such as the unreasonable set-ting of the sentencing range for charges related to bullying, the difficulty in helping bullies become the subject of punish-ment,and the lack of smooth channels for bullies to protect their own rights. Therefore,it is necessary to improve the crimi-nal law regulatory path for adolescent cyberbullying by adjusting the sentencing range of charges reasonably, enhancing the punishment of perpetrators, defining the possible scope of incrimination for helpers, and improving the rights relief system for bullies.
