摘要
私募基金集聚区发展对提升私募基金影响力、增强金融整体实力及推动地区经济转型升级等有重要作用.目前,我国私募基金集聚区发展已进入平稳发展期,具有专业化、集聚化、政府支持和区域协同与跨领域合作等特点.天府国际基金小镇自 2016 年成立以来,在规模和效益上取得长足进步,在服务实体经济、推动区域协同发展、功能配套日益完善等方面卓有成效,但仍存在政府支持力度有待进一步加大、基金注册服务效率仍需提升、商务配套尚需完善和基金生态圈要素存在短板等问题.为此,文章提出优化政企端价值配置、简化基金入驻流程、完善功能配套、加强基金生态圈建设等对策建议.
Abstract
The development of private equity fund industry clusters plays an important role in enhancing the influ-ence of private equity funds,boosting overall financial strength,and promoting regional economic transformation and up-grading.At present,the development of private equity fund industry clusters in China has entered a stable period,charac-terized by specialization,clustering,government support,regional collaboration,and cross-sector cooperation.Since its es-tablishment in 2016,Tianfu International Fund Town has made significant progress in scale and efficiency,and has achieved remarkable results in serving the real economy,promoting regional synergistic development,and improving func-tional facilities.However,there are still some issues to be solved.For example,government support needs increasing;the efficiency of fund registration needs promoting;business support needs improving,and the fund ecosystem lacks some ele-ments.Therefore,this article proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions:first,optimizing the value alloca-tion between government and enterprises;second,simplifying the fund entry process;and finally,improving functional fa-cilities and strengthening the construction of the fund ecosystem.
