铰接约束下梁端采取加强措施蜂窝组合梁抗火性能数值模拟

为研究铰接约束下蜂窝组合梁的抗火性能,利用ABAQUS对铰接约束蜂窝组合梁进行了数值模拟分析,参照课题组所做梁端约束蜂窝组合梁试验,验证了有限元模型的正确性,分析了位移变化规律以及采取加强措施(关闭梁端孔洞、设置梁端加劲肋、改变梁端开孔率以及改变梁端腹板长度)对蜂窝组合梁抗火性能的影响.模拟结果表明:在受火过程中,为蜂窝组合梁设置加劲肋可以帮助其抵抗挠曲变形;梁端是否开孔是影响蜂窝组合梁挠曲变形的主要因素,梁端不开孔时,蜂窝组合梁可以有效抵抗挠曲变形和扭转屈曲等.
Numerical simulation of fire resistance of hinged constrained honeycomb composite beam with beam end taking strengthening measures
In order to study the fire resistance of hinged constrained honeycomb composite beams,ABAQUS was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis of hinged constrained honeycomb composite beams.The correctness of the finite element model was verified by referring to the beam end constrained honeycomb composite beam test made by the research group.The law of displacement change and the influence of the strengthening measures(closing caverns,setting stiffeners,changing opening ratios,changing web lengths of beam end)on the fire resistance of honeycomb composite beam were analyzed.The simulation results show that during the fire the stiffener can resist the deflection deformation of the honeycomb composite beam.It is the main factor affecting the deflection deformation of the honeycomb composite beam that the caverns of beam end are open or closed,and when the caverns of the beam end are not open,the deflection deformation and torsional buckling of the honeycomb composite beam can be effectively resisted.
