Experimental study of prefabricated composite floor of high ductility concrete skin profiled steel plate
A new prefabricated composite floor developed based on high ductility concrete(a 15 mm thick high ductility concrete sheet clamped profiled steel plate, and banded along the span direction to form a composite floor with spatial effect)has the advantages of fire resistance, small self-weight remaining arch and adaptability to large-span structure.Through the uniform stacking test of full-scale specimens, the bearing capacity, deformation characteristics and failure patterns under vertical load were studied. The results show that the new prefabricated composite floor is bent failure, the high ductility concrete in the compression area is not crushed, the pressed steel plate does not appear brittle fracture, and there are obvious signs before failure. It shows good ductility. The calculation results of the finite element model are in good agreement with the test results. The reliability of the finite element modeling is verified.
