Analysis of mechanical properties of prestressed composite slab applied to cast-in-place layer
The reinforced truss concrete composite slab with bidirectional prestressing applied to the cast-in-place layer(reinforced truss concrete composite slab)is a semi assembled structure.Based on the static load test and numerical simulation results of reinforced truss concrete composite slab, the load-mid-span deflection curves and load-strain curves were obtained.Through experimental results and simulation analysis,it can be concluded that during the normal service process of reinforced truss concrete composite slab, its bending bearing capacity and stiffness are sufficient, meeting the requirements of the specifications.Through theoretical research, the safety of the support system was analyzed, and solutions were proposed for the problems that occurred during on-site stacking and transportation of reinforced truss concrete composite slab.
