Experimental study on the effect of NaOH pretreatment on mechanical properties of rubber concrete
In order to explore the effect of the concentration and time of NaOH solution pretreatment rubber particles on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber concrete,the rubber particles were modified in different modification concentrations(mass concentrations)NaOH solutions under different modification time.The compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber concrete were texted.The results showed that at first the overall compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber concrete increases,and then decreases with modification concentration and modification time.Within a certain concentration and time range,NaOH pretreatment can improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber concrete.Among them,the change of compressive strength is significantly greater than that of flexural strength.The influence of modification time is significantly greater than that of modification concentration.When the modification concentration is 4%and the modification time is 12 h,the modification effect is the best.
