某工业设备钢结构平台振动问题的动力测试与分析

以某工业设备钢结构平台外激励下的振动问题为背景,对该平台振动设备开启状态与自然扰动状态下典型位置加速度、速度响应进行了动力测试,采用 3D3S(V14.10)软件建立了整体与局部模型并进行了模态分析;然后,采用ABAQUS软件对考虑简化振动条件下的结构进行了谐响应分析,分析结果表明,激励频率并非共振显著频率;最后,进行了简化振动条件下的瞬态动力学分析,并对增加板厚与加大梁柱截面 2 种加固方式进行了减振效果对比分析,分析结果表明,对该类型钢结构平台,增加楼板刚度及结构刚度不能够显著降低振动水平,针对类似结构,应采取隔振措施来解决设备激励导致的结构振动问题.
Dynamic test and analysis of vibration problem of a steel structure platform with industrial equipment
This paper took the vibration problem under the external excitation of a steel structure platform with industrial devices as the background,and conducted a dynamic test on the acceleration and speed response of the typical position under the state of the platform vibration device opening and the state of natural disturbance,and established the global and local models for modal analysis by using 3D3S(V14.10)software.Then the structure under the simplified vibration conditions was analysed by using ABAQUS software for harmonic response analysis.The results show that the excitation frequency is not the significant frequency of resonance.Finally,a transient dynamic analysis under simplified vibration conditions was carried out,and a comparative analysis of the vibration-damping effect of the two reinforcement methods of increasing the plate thickness and increasing the beam-column cross-section was carried out.The results of the analysis show that,for this type of steel structure platform,the increase of the floor stiffness and structural stiffness cannot significantly reduce the vibration level,and vibration isolation should be adopted to solve the vibration problem of the structure caused by the excitation of the equipment for the similar structure.
