Numerical simulation study on seismic performance of 7-degree fortification industrial factory buildings in the 75th edition standard graph set
Due to the improvement of national seismic fortification standards and regional seismic fortification requirements,the industrial factory building built many years ago may exist in areas with 7-degree,8-degree or 9-degree seismic fortification according to the current national seismic fortification standards.From the perspective of earthquake damage estimation and structural reinforcement,engineers need to understand the true seismic performance of such structures.By ABAQUS software and considering the actual mechanical properties of materials,this numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze the elastic-plastic dynamic time-history of the 7-degree fortification industrial factory building in the 75th edition standard under earthquake action.Based on the analysis results,the seismic performance of this type of industrial factory building under various seismic fortification intensities was evaluated.The necessity and method of structural reinforcement in 8-degree(0.20g)or above(including)seismic fortified areas was discussed.The seismic reinforcement measures for the structure were proposed.
