Equivalent model and mechanical performance analysis of uni-periodic trapezoidal corrugated panels
The uni-periodic trapezoidal corrugated panel, due to its unique geometric construction, exhibits excellent structural performance and finds extensive applications in civil engineering and rail transportation fields. In order to reduce computational complexity, save computation time and minimize costs, research has been conducted on equivalent models for uni-periodic trapezoidal corrugated panels.Leveraging the characteristic that the dimensions of individual trapezoidal corrugations are much smaller than the overall geometric dimensions of the corrugated structure,an equivalent model has been established based on the variational asymptotic method. The effectiveness of the equivalent model has been validated through the tensile test and the three-dimensional model. And the mechanical property was analysed. The results show that the natural frequency of the uni-periodic trapezoidal corrugated panel increases with the increase of the included angle. On the contrary, the characteristic value of the first order buckling load decreases with the increase of the included angle.
