摘要
水泥中的游离CaO(f-CaO)对混凝土质量的影响已经得到了很大程度的控制,但CaO仍以其他方式影响着混凝土质量.为了分析某大厦地下室剪力墙局部混凝土爆裂的原因,依据《建筑结构检测技术标准》(GB/T 50344-2019)的判定方法,得出混凝土中的f-CaO未超限,再结合X射线荧光技术定量分析了混凝土化学成分,找出了混凝土爆裂的原因,并由此引入了"聚团未水化CaO"的概念.
Abstract
The influence of f-CaO on concrete quality has been largely controlled,but there are still other factors affecting concrete quality.In order to analyze the cause of local concrete bursting of the shear walls of a certain building basement,based on the judgment method of Technical standard for inspection of building structure(GB/T 50344-2019),it was found that f-CaO in the concrete did not exceed the limit.X-ray fluorescence technology was used to quantitatively analyze the chemical composition.The cause of concrete bursting was analyzed,and the concept of"agglomerated unhydrated CaO"was introduced accordingly.
