城市微更新视角下社区公园精神复愈效能的研究与优化——以成都市主城区为例

摘要
在城市高压生活环境下,中国心理问题人群数量逐年增多.为推进城市的高质量发展,在"城市微更新"的背景之下,通过提升社区公园的精神复愈效能,从而充分发挥社区公园的社会效益,提高城市居民的健康福祉.基于对成都市主城区 10 个社区公园的公众调查数据,探索了社区公园环境满意度与精神复愈效果之间的关系.结合研究分析与结果,为提升社区公园的精神复愈效能,针对不同社区公园的问题确定了环境指标的优化顺序,提出了 3 点优化策略供参考:①利用植物营造出良好的亲自然环境;②构建使用者行为模式下的公园空间;③通过设计保障足量舒适的休憩设施.
Abstract
Under the high-pressure urban living environment,the number of people with psychological problems in China is increasing year by year.In order to promote high-quality urban development,and in the context of"urban micro-renewal",the social benefits of community parks can be fully utilized to improve the health and well-being of urban residents by enhancing the spiritual restoration effectiveness in community parks.Based on public survey data from ten community parks in the main urban area of Chengdu,this study explored the relationship between environmental satisfaction and spiritual restoration effectiveness in community parks.Based on relevant study results and study interviews,in order to enhance the spiritual restoration effectiveness in community parks,this study identified the order of optimization of environmental indicators for different community park problems.In addition,the study proposed three optimization design strategies.① Plants are used to create a nice nature-friendly environment in a community park.② Park spaces are constructed to fit the behavioral patterns of users.③ Adequate and comfortable recreational facilities are ensured by design.
