Research on equivalent value of roof slab load in basement of ultra heavy fire truck
At present, major cities in China have purchased multiple 101 m elevated platform fire trucks, which weigh 63 t and far exceed the prototype fire truck of 30 t in Load code for the design of building structures(GB 50009-2012).Load code for the design of building structures(GB 50009-2012)does not provide specific equivalent uniformly distributed load values for such fire trucks. The 101 m high platform fire truck(63 t)was taken as the research object.Firstly, the most unfavorable position of the 101 m high platform fire truck(63 t)was determined by drawing the influence surface of the mid span bending moment of the slab.Secondly,ABAQUS was used to calculate the mid span bending moment values of the slab under two load conditions. Finally, the load values of the 101 m high platform fire truck(63 t)on the 7 m×7 m,8 m×8 m and 9 m×9 m two-way slabs were equivalent. The results indicate that the fire truck load of the two-way slab in the basement with a span greater than 6 m is not recommended to directly take the standard value, and can be equivalent using the process according to design needs. If the accuracy requirement for the design of the basement roof slab is not high, when the two-way slab span is greater than 8 m,the 63 t fire truck can refer to the standard requirements for load equivalence.
