某超限砌体结构性能化加固设计方案的探讨

某砌体结构原设计为办公楼,为满足建筑功能调整进行了改造,设防类别调整为重点设防类.结构存在平面不规则、高度超限、局部承重墙体拆除等难点.在该结构的改造加固设计过程中,提出了砌体结构性能化加固设计方法,即小震作用下的构件承载力验算+综合抗震能力指数验算,中震及大震作用下的性能化结构设计.根据已有研究成果,提出了混凝土板墙砌体加固的性能化指标,对使用SAP2000 建立的三维等效模型进行了计算和分析.结果表明,加固后结构的抗震能力大幅提高,各项指标满足规范要求.
Discussion on performance-based strengthen design scheme of an overrun masonry structure
A masonry structure was designed for office space.This structure needed to be retrofitted,because the building function would be changed.The seismic fortification level has been raised to key defense category.There are some difficulties in renovation,such as irregular plane,overrun height and part bearing wall demolition.In the retrofit and strengthen design process,the performance-based strengthen design of masonry structure was presented.It included two parts.One was the checking of bearing capacity of members and index of compound seismic capability under frequent earthquake.The other was the performance-based structural design under moderate and rare earthquake.Based on the previous research work,the index of performance-based design to masonry structure strengthened by concrete wall were presented.The analysis models which were established by SAP2000 were calculated and analyzed.By the analysis results,the seismic capability of the reinforced structure can be vastly improved.The various indicators meet the requirement of the design codes.
