地下室底板冻结法局部改造的数值分析

既有透水土层地下室的改造案例表明,结构板破除后的降水措施是施工中需要考虑的关键问题.提出了冻结法应用于透水土层地下室底板局部改造的施工措施,建立了局部土层冻结模型,并进行了计算分析,研究了改造区域冻结规律,分析了土层初始温度、冻结管温度及冻结管直径对冻结壁交圈时间的影响.研究结果表明,冻结区域底部的冻结壁交圈时间对施工过程起着控制作用,在一定范围内降低冻结管温度、增大冻结管直径均能有效缩短施工工期.
Numerical analysis of partial basement foundation slab reconstruction by freezing method
Based on reconstruction application cases of the basement located in the permeable soil layer,the precipitation after demolition of structural plate is the key problem of construction.The freezing method was proposed to be applied to the partial basement foundation slab reconstruction in permeable soil layer.Partial soil freezing models were established.The freezing pattern of the reconstruction area was studied.The influence of initial soil temperature,freezing pipe temperature and freezing pipe diameter on the overlapping time of freezing wall was analyzed.The result indicates that the overlapping time of bottom freezing pipe wall exerts a significant control over the construction process.Modulating the temperature and diameter of the freezing pipes within a defined range can effectively minimize the construction time.
