Study on the influence of geographical characteristics on the spatial distribution of green office buildings
The development of green office buildings in different regions shows significant differences.Based on the declared area data of green office buildings in China from 2008 to 2021,using the multi-scale geographically weighted regression(MGWR)model, the differentiated impacts of the geographical characteristics of different regions on the development of green office buildings were analysed, and the underlying causes of these differences were revealed. The results show that from 2008 to 2021,Chinese green office buildings experienced four phases(germination, growth, adjustment, and stable development),and the design concepts and standards faced challenges in actual implementation. The MGWR model shows higher efficiency in considering spatial heterogeneity, and compared to the traditional geographically weighted regression(GWR)model, its R2 value is improved by 84.06%and the AICc value is reduced by 82.96%.The design stage needs to consider more deeply the specific geographical conditions of the region to enhance the design adaptability and operational effectiveness of green office buildings in different regions.
