摘要

为研究枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对赤点石斑鱼(Epinephelus akaara)生长、免疫和肠道菌群的影响,以体质量(92.13±7.91)g的赤点石斑鱼为试验对象,在基础饲料中分别添加质量分数为 0、0.5%和1.0%的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,进行了为期 56 d的饲养试验.结果显示,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对赤点石斑鱼的特定生长率、饲料系数无显著影响(P>0.05);饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌显著提高了赤点石斑鱼血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性(P<0.05),但对血清溶菌酶(LZM)活性无显著影响(P>0.05);饲料中添加 1%的枯草芽孢杆菌,血清中总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量显著提高(P<0.05).饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌提高了赤点石斑鱼肠道中狭义梭菌属(Clostridium sensu stricto)、苏黎世杆菌属(Turicibacter)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)的丰度,而弧菌属(Vibrio)、鲸杆菌属(Cetobacterium)和丹毒丝菌属(Erysipelothrix)的丰度有所降低.结果表明,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌具有提升赤点石斑鱼免疫力、改善其肠道菌群结构的作用.

Abstract

To investigate the effects of dietary Bacillus subtilis on the growth,immunity,and intestinal microbiota of red spotted grouper(Epinephelus akaara),three diets were formulated to contain 0,0.5%,and 1.0%of B.subtilis to carry the feeding trial for 56 days.Each group had three replicates,and the fish had an average initial body weight of(92.13±7.91)g.The results showed that supplementation with B.subtilis in the feed had no sig-nificant effect on specific growth rate and feed coefficient of E.akaara(P>0.05).The supplementation with B.subtilis significantly increased the activities of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),acid phosphatase(ACP),and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the activity of serum lysozyme(LZM)(P>0.05).The diet adding 1.0%B.subtilis significantly increased the total cholesterol(TG),high-density lipo-protein(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)contents in the serum(P<0.05).The diet supplemented with B.subtilis increased the abundance of Clostridium sensu stricto,Turicibacter,and Bacillus,while reducing the abundance of Vibrio,Cetobacterium,and Erysipelothrix.In summary,the results indicate that adding B.subti-lis to the feed can enhance the immunity of red spotted grouper and improve the structure of their intestinal microbiota.
