以化学和物理方法相结合进行山桐子种子去蜡质及催芽处理,并采用单位面积存苗量评价播种效果。结果表明:在清明节前1周~2周用4%磷酸二氢钾溶液浸种12 h,再以干沙土和草木灰拌种的播种效果最好。并初步总结了苗期管理技术。
Studies of Seedling-growing Experiments with Idesia polycarpa Seeds
In this paper,a description is given of the methods of soaking seeds and enhancing the germination by physical and chemical methods for Idesia polycarpa seed germination,and the combined effect is estimated by unit area of seedling storage amount.The breeding experiment results have shown that soaking seeds by the concentration of 4% of the KH2PO4 for twelve hours,then dressing seeds by the dry soil and plant ash before sowing can get the best effect.This work should be done in one week or two weeks before the Pure Brightness Festival.Besides,the management technology of Idesia polycarpa seedlings is also summarized.
