Validation study on formaldehyde release and loading limit of indoor wood-based panels
The formaldehyde release of different types of wood-based panels under different conditions was experimentally measured, and the correction coefficient of the hottest monthly average temperature and the highest monthly average humidity of the maximum formaldehyde release of wood-based panels were verified. The deviation of actual detection result was-25.7%-29.2%,which basically conformed to the mathematical model of temperature and humidity correction coefficient conversion. At the same time, through the analysis of formaldehyde release and usage of typical indoor wood-based panels in decoration projects,as well as the detection of formaldehyde content in actual indoor air,it was verified that the theoretical formaldehyde limit calculation results of wood-based panels were basically consistent with the actual detection results.
